It is with the deepest sincerity of spirit, that I express gratitude and appreciation to God and to the flock He has entrusted to my care. More than 100 years ago, the patriarchs of my family came together, with other believers in Christ Jesus, to form this church. Through the years and through their blood, sweat, tears and most of all, prayers, a seed of faith was planted in the hearts of their children and grandchildren. That seed’s roots filtered down through generations and took root in my heart.

Understanding and realizing that God has entrusted the care of souls to my stewardship, I am dedicated to the spiritual growth and development of this flock. God has called me to a lifelong concern for the spiritual welfare of each person in this my extended church family, caring for it as a good shepherd cares for his sheep. God has a purpose, plan and a vision for Zion Hill and it is my earnest desire to accomplish His will for us. We can surely accomplish it, working together, willingly and determined, hand in hand, shoulder to shoulder…pressing and progressing towards the mark of a higher calling in Christ Jesus, with oneness of mind, being on one accord, having the same mind that was in Christ Jesus.

I also would like to thank every member of the Zion Hill family for prayerfully allowing me to lead them. I am encouraged and strengthened by the love you have demonstrated towards my family.
